Shamrock used to be our favorite go-to burger spot. For years, we told everyone it was the best burger in town. Unfortunately, over the last several visits, the experience has steadily declined.
The burgers are frequently not cooked to order, and we’ve received them cold or soggy more than once. Wait times have stretched to nearly an hour, often without updates. Drinks sit empty for long periods, and no one checks in to communicate what’s going on.

Marley and Carson and Emily are QUEENS. Love coming here just to see them. Plus the buff chicken dip is unmatched.
we love this restaurant but, July 2 about 7 pm we came in. we saw there were two waitresses who repeatedly walked past our table. we kept thinking oh they are busy and will be right back. there were only about 5 tables with people who already had been served. about about 20 minutes we went to another restaurant.
