Such a an abundance of culinary offerings. all beautifully and masterfully prepared. Always an meal adventure. (Unfortunately, the owner has never addresses the fact that the 2016 bottles of Beuhler Chardonnay have started to turn. My friend and I each had a glass and I purchased the rest to take home. I absolutely love this place. Just recently tried last week and been addicted since! Servers are always super nice, great service and super deserving of big tips! Thank you sushi blue!

We did not plan to visit a land locked state and seek out sushi, but we got a craving and we're glad we did. Sushi blue was good and a great value. We had 2 appetizers, 7 rolls, and 15 pieces of sushi. This plus drinks was under $200. That definitely would not happen in Austin.
