Everyone knows the drill with no-frills Chinese take-out places like this (which, since the pandemic, increasingly seem to be take-out only). After having tried most such in the Louisville area, I'll say that China 1 is hands-down my favorite (with Oriental Cafe a close second, though OC is the better option if you want to sit and eat). 5 stars for your average Chinese takeout. It’s exactly as you would expect. Also they give a free order of crab Rangoon if you order over a certain amount like $50. Friendly employees.

This small Chinese food place is a hidden gem! Their Mongolian beef, beef with broccoli, and honey chicken are all delicious and packed with flavor. What's even better is that they cook fast, so you won't be waiting long for your food. Highly recommend!
