“Best take out Chinese in Louisville. The food is always served fresh, hot and fast. The portions are huge! There are several other Chinese takeout places closer to my house but I will drive the extra miles to get food from Oriental Cafe. The hibachi chicken is my favorite.Just updating to say that this is still my favorite place to go for Chinese takeout. The owners there are so sweet and friendlyOver the past 7 years I have discovered many new favorite dishes, that I honestly can’t pick just one. I don’t think there is probably anything on the menu that doesn’t taste great. The delivery drivers are always friendly and fast when they bring food to my place of employment. They recently have started doing catering and the office I work in has used it. Even with the all the large portions of entrees, lomein noodles, fried rice an appetizers, the food was hot, fresh and amazing, and arrived right at the time we asked for it to be. The delivery driver that brought all of the food was very friendly and helpful.And I love that I can also order from DoorDash to have it delivered to my home.“
“The salmon in the Sunset Roll was great quality, so fresh it melted in my mouth. The entire roll was absolutely refreshing and just what I needed. The ‘Heart Attack’ looked like a fun thing to order on the menu and was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. I would say it is more like their spin on a jalapeño popper, however, made with green peppers and MUCH better... completely worth the extra deep fried calories. So glad this place is in Logan Street Market!“
“Once again, as in the Lexington location, but here in the Summit location for the first time…I am loving my gorgeous salad and so did my husband! He also got the chicken chili, great as always, and the service was superb! I just love this place ♥️!!! “You have to try this hidden gem. The food is great, with a well matched selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches to fill the bill. They just moved to this location. The surroundings are clean and comfortable, the perfect place for a cup of coffee, a quick lunch with your spouse, or work associates. Sarah was helpful in helping us with the menu selections, keeping the table cleared and seeing if we needed anything. They cater, so if you can't stop in, order ahead and pick it up. “This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. It's family owned and the food is fantastic and fresh. I love that they have grass fed beef as an option for their meals. My family's favorite pork fried rice with stone cross farms pork, or the pho! I think I order Saigon noodles with beef the most for myself.“

“Their staff and food are great! The pho here has well cut and perfectly cooked portions. Their Banh Mi is another must-have. It is my favorite sandwich in Louisville, which I think says a lot. Its medley of well marinated pork, plentiful vegetables, sauce and bun is fun to eat, and healthy to boot! It's also fun to indulge in dessert, and they have you covered with rich and flavorful options! Their cheesecake and oreo truffles are highly recommended. Thanks to their delicious food and friendly staff, I feel rejuvenated and content whenever I eat at Pho Ba Luu.“

“Great place for fresh salads and soups. Made fresh. I hear the other foods are good and know of several that eat there several times per week, but their kale salad is so good I get it all the time. Once they had a sausage, white bean and kale soup, that was great, too.Parking: Easy parking, convenient location.“
“A Saturday @8:00 ish: EXCELLENT service.Salad tasty, food served in a timely manner.My Fettuccine Alfredo was just warm, with ample grilled chicken. However, noodles were dry, sauce only in center. Kitchen brought one little cup of sauce. Upon leaving, I brought some home, asked for 2 cups of sauce.I was disappointed, as eating here is a treat for me.“
“This is a great little restaurant ! They have a hot braised chicken dish, that you can't find anywhere. I ate this same dish at a place for decades, that is no longer open. To say I had high hopes for it, is a an understatement. I was not disappointed. The Lo mein was also spectacular. The service was quick and polite. My wife and I drive 20 minutes to try this place and I'll definitely be back !Highly recommend“
“Four meals ordered in store to go, looked like correct as did check on salads that had changes made to them to be sure right but didn't think to check the one Caesar salad that no changes were made to ... Once got home with meals, realized no Caesar dressing for the salad.“
“I love the ease of ordering it online. You have the option to pay at the store. The food is always ready by the time I get there. It is a large portion of food. Usually 2 meals for me. If you get a combination meal you get an entree, fried rice, an eggroll, and a canned drink all for the one price. It is definitely a take out place. No seating to speak of really. The food is very good. My favorite is the chicken with mixed vegetable combo.“

I been avoiding the place because it is so small and unassuming. I called in an order for pepper steak, sesame chicken, and lo mein. For real the best lo mein Ive had in a while. “We were so looking forward to going to to Olive Garden tonight. It’s a special place to us. Their food is always hot and delicious. We have our old favorites and when getting there we always seem to go back to our favorites. Tonight I did get something different than one of my usual dinners with them. I chose to get the Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken. My sweet husband looked all thru the menu but went back to his favorite, Lasagna.Our server came up within 3 minutes of our arriving. We both ordered their unsweetened Iced Tea. I don’t know how they do it, but it was wonderful. Ahmeelia G was our server tonight. She had the most winning personality of any server we’ve had in a long time. After she brought us our drinks, we gave her our order. We ordered Pasta e Fagioli Soup and Chicken Gnocchi Soup and our bread sticks. Their soups are so delicious that it’s very tempting to want to order refills, but we know now that we can’t order refills and be able to eat an entree. We had just finished our soup when Ahmeelia came back to our table to apologize that it was taking so long to get our meals, and she was teasing my husband by saying that it was his Lasagna that was taking so long. She was so cute! She came right back with our food and the familiar notice that the plates were really hot. Oh my goodness, our meals were so delicious. The lasagna had disappeared and I had 3/4ths of my Grilled Chicken Alfredo was left for tomorrow. Every trip she made to the table to check on us, revealed more sweet details about her. I could have talked all night! I didn’t though, I had to order my special Birthday Dessert that Olive Garden had sent me. We ordered the Chocolate Lasagna Cake, and sweet little Ahmeelia brought out the white chocolate to grate on the top of our cake slice. For our first time during this Birthday Celebration, we brought home 90% of our cake to enjoy later when we weren’t so full! I have got to tell you all- If you go to Olive Garden Hurstbourne, ask for Ahmeelia to be your server! You’ll love her as much as we did!!Parking: There is plenty of handicapped parking on both sides of the entrance and a smooth ramp and sidewalk to access the door. The employees come and open the doors to assist you if needed.Kid-friendliness: They have a full child’s menu. It comes with a drink also. Not just chicken nuggets! lol.“

“I’m originally from Hawaii and we have some of the best ramen out there… it’s hard to find anything that compares. BUT. Ramen House is top 3 best ramen’s I’ve ever had. Authentic Japanese ramen. Broth, noodles, and toppings are perfectly cooked and have incredible flavor. Best edamame I’ve had for sure. Bulgogi buns are *chefs kiss*. Every time I come here, I am not disappointed. And I will keep coming back!! So glad there’s a place like this in Louisville.“
