“Food was hot and fresh. Server was extremely friendly. Honey butter croissants are outstanding! Parking lot was a bit crowded so I assumed there would be a long wait, but we were seated and served quickly. Restaurant appeared to be well staffed, and they worked well together. Highly recommend!“
“We had ordered from doordash and there were some mishaps with the order, despite the struggles of everything I am so grateful that there are still great customer service based restaurants out there. They were truly amazing and understanding and so helpful. Understanding that mistakes happen they truly did everything to make up for it. Grateful for the service we received and how much they care for their customers. I truly recommend. I wish I grabbed the names of everyone and wish I could thank them, but I really want to appreciate management for having amazing employees and a great management team to go with them.“
“Our first time getting food from here. The pork BBQ was really good despite a few chunks of fay. They gave us regular, sweet and fire sauce. The bakes beans were delicious with a deep flavor, molasses maybe? If you want buns you have to ask. The price was very affordable, around $23.00. We will definitely be coming back.“
“First time here (passing thru town) and the experience was…weird. I walked in and saw a sign directing me to order at a kiosk, which seemed like a great idea since I was unfamiliar with the menu and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time asking them to tell me what was on the various items, especially since other customers had walked in right behind me. So I started selecting and swiping, putting together a combo that sounded good, but halfway through I started hearing this voice repeating “Sir, I can take your order, sir, sir…” Since I was busy and people were behind me, I ignored it, thinking the person was addressing another customer. I finished and paid, and finally looked up and saw the staff member staring at me. She said “I can take your order”, and I apologized for ignoring her while…placing my order. She seemed confused that I had managed to use the kiosk successfully but checked the ticket it printed for the kitchen, and walked off. I had to ask for my drink cup.While I waited for the food being made to order, I visited the restroom, which was a disaster. The soap dispenser had been ripped from the wall, and was lying under the sink with several paper towels. The rest of the paper towels were in a loose roll sitting on top of the dispenser.I went out to wait for my food, responded to some texts, read through my news feed, and eventually, once a few people who had come in after me picked up their food, I asked the guy on the grill (the only other employee I saw) if he knew anything about my order. He looked concerned, and started looking at the tickets in front of him. Nothing matched my order. Then he saw a bag off to the side that had been sitting a while, apologized as he unwrapped the burger, determined that it was mine, and then apologized even more sincerely as he handed it and my Cajun fries (fresh, fortunately) to me while glaring at the idle “I can take your order” person.The burger was good, and the home run sauce has a nice kick to it. The flavor on the Cajun fries was perfect. They had Big Red in the fountain, which is unusual. The rest of the public area was clean enough.I’ll probably go back to a different location next time I’m in the area and give them another try.“
“Our server was very helpful and polite. Even the host that seatef us held the door open for me as I'm in a wheelchair. My only complaint is that it isn't wheelchair accessible. It has a ramp but you need help opening doors.Wheelchair accessibility: Limited. Wish they had automatic door opening.“
“It has the potential to be the go-to spot when it gets warmer. They have a lovely outdoor area. Spectacular liquor selection. Lots of TVs. The service was great. The customers were over 65 on a Wednesday at 6pm.We only had drinks and the portabella appetizer, which was good.“

“This is the second time I've been here and everything is great. The food is great, the employees are awesome and take great care of their customers and the atmosphere is just like home! I recommend this place if your looking for a burger any way you want it. In my opinion it's the best burger place I've been to. The rueben burger is fantastic.“

“The food was outstanding, as was the service. The restaurant was very loud. This is called "energetic" in the review area, but it was too loud for dinner conversations. From my experience where I live in the city of Chicago, there could be sound dampening design elements installed (cork on the ceiling, for example) that would make the ambient noise level much more manageable.“
