I can't believe Mrs. Maxine is still there!!! I used to work there some 20 years ago as a "blue shirt," it was the best McDonald's in Louisville then, and not much has changed. Very impressive!!!
They couldn't print me a receipt.Then they left the drinks out of my bag.They told me to wait and the front would print my receipt, never happened I left my food had gotten cold . Awful

Love the people, love the food. But for the LOVE OF EVERYTHING ELSE...turn down the mobile app message on the drive through! It is deafening! The other McDonalds near Hobby Lobby isn't like this! My ear drums are ready to rupture! :)
