We went around 8 and the lobby was closed, the lady told us only drive thru was open. When we go through the drive thru, the lady tells us to wait, that’s not the problem. The problem comes when the lady takes our order, and we tell her slowly so it’s easy on her to put down, she still messes it up somehow. My sandwich is missing the cheese. #1 thing this subway does not honor any coupons! All the lettuce in BOTH bins was brown wilted old. The person making my sub was 7 out of 10 customer service. Inside subway was trash on the floors under the table an bread crumbs an lettuce left over on tables from where others ate
