I placed my order online. The delivery didn't make it after the first hour, I contacted them and they stated that they dont have any drivers and have contracted the delivery to doordash. Why are we paying delivery fees when they cant pay a driver enough to deliver pizzas. Papa johns has gone extremely down hill from quality to service. Not the papa johns I remember.
Grace is a wonderful GM.
Getting an inexpensive dinner for the fam and the team here went above and beyond. Called me proactively when the DoorDash driver carried our pizza out sideways and remade it/sent a new driver.
