“my daughter requested seafood for her 16th birthday ..we wanted Cajun but didn't know this place existed until it was recommended and we were nervous bc Cajun food isn't easy to replicate...but this place will be a regular place for us now!! this is the best Cajun food we have had since living in Louisiana hands down!! Our server Pierce was so helpful and patient as we tried to decide since they have such a variety! Everything came out quick and hot and it was just perfect!! I will say the crawfish would use a tad more seasoning but that's personal preference..they also had a nice selection of alternative foods if u didn't want cajun. so to conclude, this was place was 10/10!”

“My husband is from Paducah. So 16 years ago he introduced this great diner to me. And I instantly fell in love. Sandwiches are to this day reasonably prices. They have amazing ham by the pound for sale too. To take with you. which is the best flaky ham ive ever eaten. Now, that bottle of Starnes sauce. Is FIRE. (the hot) If you like spicy this sauce is for you. We keep stocked up with it now that we've moved away to Missouri. Great atmosphere, great service, best BBQ sandwiches I've had. And we travel alot. It's a local jem. That's forsure. Definitely check them out.”

“bob’s has consistently had my favorite burgers in america. prices are great, everything cooked to order and done so very quickly (our order for a family of four took only 5-10 minutes), and everything tastes fantastic. for a drive-in, it’s surprisingly clean and the employees are extremely professional and friendly. there’s even a playground for the kiddos! like many drive-ins in america, the neighborhood’s not what it once was, but it’s still plenty safe if that’s a concern.\n\nlong story short, 5/5. it’s remained open for 75+ years for a reason.”

Do not let the looks keep you away! I absolutely love fish. Like I could eat fish every meal! This is the best Fiddler I have gotten in KY! Still not as good as the Catfish in Hardin Illinois on RT. 100. But a strong second place! My wife got fillets, which she did not eat all of them. I heated up the next day in air fryer. Food was excellent!!!!! The man cooking was super friendly, but most impressive proud of his food! He insisted I looked at it before I paid! Super nice guy! Prices not bad, I would give even more because of the quality and taste. One time visit so far but I will definitely return! I am totally impressed, but if it was a one time deal I will edit! “I work here. But also eat out with my family here. Some of us enjoy the pizza while the rest might want chicken or cheeseburger. We have a huge variety to choose from amd getting bigger by the day. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the ranch cheesesticks. I'm not much of a pizza person. I typically get tenders and mash potatoes.

Kid-friendliness: Most time there are stickers or little games at the front desk for the kiddos. We have child menus and lots of candies and toys for purchase.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped restroom, slanted sidewalk for wheelchair use and extra large handicapped accessible restrooms.”

The night crew has went down with operations after ownership and management shiftes when Tammie retired. Would appreciate owner contacting concerning accusations that I have witnesses to that did NOT occur and were not said. Recently asked for a Hoagie without pepper 🌶 and server even had marked that way but still came out with on. I can't eat hot or burnt things. “Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders. If they keep this young man, we will definitely be going back.”

“Ordered the catering package for my family’s Easter and they LOVED it! It was a huge hit from the adults to children. Everyone was able to make their own bowl with the fresh toppings and base that were provided. The best part, it was mess free as Frutta Bowl provided all the napkins, bowls and silverware. It was affordable and yummy. They are already asking when I can bring it again. I didn’t get any pictures of my set up but the bowl was beautiful with the fresh fruit and toppings.”

“I have always loved their food but after last night, I had to leave a review. My sister & I dined in a couple hours before closing. The girl working the counter greeted us, let us take our time, made suggestions, & was super friendly. The girl who brought our food out was also super friendly, asked if we needed anything else, etc. Then towards the end of our meal, another young girl was mopping but stopped by our booth to offer to refill our drinks, etc. All 3 young ladies were diligent & displayed strong work ethic that shouldn't go unnoticed!”

I just ordered 4 Classic roast beefs! Anyway I had to pull a Karen to get manager to redo it. the kid was just being super orrrnnerryyy!!! Roat beef was good anyway, just avoid stupid kid employees if possible.”

“I'm originally from Chicago but live out in the northwest suburbs now. The S&S locations I've been to, locals... are so sad. Employees even seem to want to work there. But THIS location reminded me what steak & shake stands by and what they were all about. You want some steak & shake nostalgia... this is a good spot if you're heading that direction”
