“You can’t get anymore hometown and friendly than this place. The absolute best staff there is. My 3 year old daughter has been going here once a week since she was little to eat breakfast with her great grandparents. The entire staff treat her like a local celebrity every time she walks in. They all know her name, she knows all theirs too. They celebrate her birthday and treat her with so much kindness. I can’t give them enough praise or thank them enough! She looks forward to breakfast there every week.“

“A hidden gem in Glasgow! Great service and top notch food. We had a small order of breaded mushrooms, meal#1 was an 8oz ribeye with side salad & potato, meal #2 was a 10oz new york strip, side salad and crinkle fries. Everything was fresh and prepared super quick.Parking: Very large parking lot across the street.“

“A buddy of mine and I decided to check out a different restaurant today for lunch while down at Barren River Lake. We drove into Glasgow, KY and stopped in at Fine Arts Bistro on the town square. We arrived around 12:15 p.m. to a nearly full dining room. The building was obviously 100 or so years old and the feel was upbeat and vogue. A section of one of the solid brick walls is exposed revealing the building's age and stately stature.Being a lover of avocados, the Bistro Chicken Avocado Salad beckoned as did the Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was in a puree form and very tasty. The salad not only looked great; it was delicious and the two dishes satisfied my appetite and cravings for heathier food.The service was prompt and very personable. I highly recommend Fine Arts Bistro to anyone traveling through or simply needing to fill a local appetite.Parking: There is free public parking at the rear of the building.“

“We've seen Cracker Barrel stores around but have never been in so we were quite confused when we walked through the door and it was a shop instead of a restaurant!Food/Taste/ - ordered Grilled Catfish and Country Fried Steak. We were debating between the grilled and fried and the waitress recommended the grilled and it was AMAZING! It was so tender, light, and flaky with just with a touch of citrus. The country fried steak was fried well with a delicious gravy to smother it with. While the mains were on the saltier side, the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes where on the milder side so it went perfectly. We never had fried apples before so decided to get it as a side and it was delicious! - they assume everyone has been in the store before and knows where to order and where to pay. However, everyone we talked to was extremely friendly and helpful once they realize it's our first time!Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go so we didn't step into the restaurant itself. The store was quite varied in the items they carried but it was fun to browse while waiting for our food.Value for price: 5/5 - delicious food, reasonable price, friendly service. Would absolutely visit again!“

“Kanha has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. The service is fantastic, and food is fresh and quickly cooked. “Love the atmosphere, has a bit of a roadhouse feel to it and is complimented greatly by a wonderful wait staff. The BBQ was damn good and the cornhole while I waited was a blast. Is a must stop in the summertime with its shop door style access to a generous sized front patio. Cant recommend this place enough. Great food,great music, great times!!!Parking: Generous side spots along building (with reserved spots for veterans ) as well as a massive gravel lot right behind the building to accommodate for lake goers with pull behindsWheelchair accessibility: Has a power lift avail for wheelchair access to the lower level where the stage seating is located.“

“Applebee's in Glasgow has been one of my favorite places to eat and hangout for many years. I usually can sit at my favorite seat at the bar and have lunch, dinner, appetizers and drinks with many fun people (customers). I have come to know much of the staff and they treat me as a friend, They seem glad that I have shown up Many times my drink in on the bar before I sit down,I get fast service and servers, managers and bartenders always seem to stop by to say hello even when I am in a different area of the restaurant.I always have a great time when I am here. Good food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere to have a meal and meet up with some friends. Thank you.I will be back, very soon.“

“Some of the best barbecue around and let me just tell you they have a deluxe meatloaf sandwich that will make you smack your mama it has pepper jack cheese and a spicy mustard coleslaw comes on two big pieces of Texas toast and this sandwich is ever bit of an inch and a half 2 in thick if you haven't tried this place you're missing out“

“Really good home cooked comfort food. The building and facilities are in some real need of some remodeling help, but the service is great and everything on the buffet is really good. I had the fried catfish and it was excellent. My husband had the meatloaf and loved it. What they lack in atmosphere they certainly deliver on good food and country charm. And you can't beat the price.“
