“My dad goes to this place a lot and Saw how they treated him being a disabled Vietnam vet and honoring his service dog marie. They honor the military and I respect that and their manager when I visit my dad best believe I'll make the trip to this place to grab a bite to eat. 10* rating here.“

“It seems so off beat with the closed store attached to it but don't let that confuse ya. Went through in the morning to grab some breakfast after working the late shift. Food was really good,real friendly lady at the drive thru window,quick.“

“Ok it has been a while since I have eaten here, at least a year or more. back then the food quality and customer service had declined dramatically and my family no longer wanted to eat here. I came in today for the first time and found an entirely different experience. I was immediately greated by Josh who is definitely an asset to the restaurant. He was friendly and attentive. The rest of the staff treated me in the same manner as I was checked on and served by multiple people. The one and only aspect of the experience that concerned me was the kiosk. I don't appreciate being asked for a tip before before my dining experience. it's a massive turn off that projects an image of entitlement. I tend to tip based on my experience and when it's good I have no issues with tipping 50% I'm going to go out on a ledge and get the Tip I was prompted to give when I order is divided amongst the staff equally as I was not attend by just one person. if this is the case then I think some points where missed in experience planning. I would propose having people order at the kiosk and get a ticket but not pay at this time. but instead have the ability to go back to the kiosk and possibly order that missed milk shake or burger for the road, or if they are simply done use the ticket to settle their bill and leave a tip based on their experience. I would think this would lead to bigger tips, especially if you point out that it is a shared tip system. Also encourage and reward people for new reviews. let the community see this is not the same S&S . Thanks again Josh!“

“App offers discounts and ordering ahead. Ordering ahead does not give the option of a designated parking spot to wait for food to be carried to car. Instead, must pick up food at front outside window or just go through the drive through. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was not busy, no wait“

“Wanted to give a shout out to shift leader Kiley! She took my order promptly and with a smile. She then bagged my order. She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. She placed the food in the back seat and put my pillow in front of the bag so it wouldn’t fall off! It’s like she knows how I drive! Thank you, Kiley! You went above and beyond!!!“

“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!“

“UPDATE: 02-17-2023They have really turned this location around in the past month I eat here 4 to 5 times a week and the staff seems to have changed out and actually cares about what they are giving you and making it clear what you have. The food has been really fresh,well presented and correct. Sometimes it's a little slower than other places but atleast you're getting fresh food.01/01/23 UPDATE:This location has went down hill. The orders never right even if you order through the app. The evening Manger doesn't know what goes their sandwiches and will argue that even what it says is on the sandwich isn't how it's made. I eat here almost daily but I'm gonna stop going until it improves.If you have more then one item it can take a while to get your order right. Make sure you check in your bag before leaving they have a issue with getting things plain. Other then that its great food its quick if you get the right thing. Great shake deals after 8pm and great tasting coke!“

“The employees are great here. The food is the food. I really liked the chicken & waffle slider but it's a little too sweet to get more than one. The sliders are good as usual. One odd thing though is, the dining area smells like urine, so I won't be going back inside.“

“Our local Keeneland Dr Pizza Hut location is pickup or delivery only so atmosphere is not a concern. They do have a drive thru that is very convenient, which is why I went with 4 stars. The people at the window and the delivery drivers are always very polite and personable. Most of all, the pizzas and cheese sticks never disappoint! (We do not order other options, so not sure about other menu items.)
I can say we were ready to stop ordering Pizza Hut in general until this location stepped it up! Made us love Pizza Hut again. We frequently order from this location and have not been disappointed. I recommend trying this location if you have had previous bad experiences with other Pizza Huts before. It reminds me of Pizza Hut nights with my family as a kid!

“This Burger King in Richmond ky has always been fresh hot fries and a full box . The sweet young lady in the drive through was so kind and always is . She deserves a raise . Didn’t get her name but she was there around 2 today . Burger King make sure to do whatever you have to do to keep her .“

“This specific Dairy Queen does not know how to make a MooLatte! I get MooLatte's at every DQ I go to. I've been to this DQ two times (11 months apart), and both times the MooLatte was not very good. At other Dairy Queens they taste great... but not at this DQ.“

“This is the first time we have been to the cookout in Richmond and it was a good visit. It's nice to be able to go in and sit down to eat at the cookout. Customer service was great. We received our food fairly fast and the food tasted great. We mainly got hamburgers and chicken tenders. But the French fries, onion rings and everything else was good. We also ended our meal with a milkshake to go. We will definitely stop back when we're in Richmond again.“

“My first time eating at this location. It did take a little while to get my order, probably 5-7 minutes, but they were busy, and it was well worth the wait! The Philly was absolutely delicious and made exactly as asked, and the fries were hot, freshy and tasty. The crew was also very friendly. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but that's any sub shop you go to!
Parking: It can be somewhat difficult to navigate and park in this lot, as it's small and busy, but there also is additional parking across the lot by Ollie's if needed.“
