I did the drive-thru thing on 10/31/23 in the evening. (bacon double stack, no pickles, no onions, large frosty, small fries). The menu board was perfect. Waited a bit, got my food. Okay! Drove home, working on the fries and frosty on the way. When I got home I unwrapped the burger. Whoops! NO bacon, and BOTH pickles and onions. I've called several times over a couple of days, left messages, but no response. Do they ever answer their phone?

I arrived to pick up my order, the door was closed, but it was only 20:30, I went to the window, there were two cars at the window, I waited patiently, realizing that my order should have already been ready, since 20 minutes had passed from the order and 10 minutes. for preparation, but when I drove up to the window, a young girl opened it and said what the hell, I told her that I was taking an order and asked if it was ready, to which she replied that it was not and asked me...read full review

For the life of me, I cannot understand why "FAST FOOD" is not "FAST". If I'm ordering online with a mobile app, why must I have to wait for my food to be prepared when I arrive? The purpose of ordering a head is to avoid the line or the wait time. If "grab and go" is not an option, this should be stated on the mobile app. Having to wait for my order to be prepared defeats the purpose of "ordering ahead". It should simply be called "TAKE OUT ".
