We were visiting LA for a double graduation and I needed a place to ordered quality cupcakes.I called the Buttercups bakery and Bailey took my order she was very helpful and polite.The bakery has two locations and they made all the arrangements for us to get our order closer to our dinner event. The cupcakes were delicious and they looked so great.
Buttercups has the best in north LA by everyone’s opinion. They’ve been making the best cupcakes for over 10 years and were featured on Cupcake Wars! They’re specialty cupcakes, like for Harry Potter, are unique. Plus the stores and staff are wonderful. It’s a must-try if you love decadent pastries!

I drove down Airline Drive to the Bossier store and discovered that Buttercups had relocated to a new location, inside a restaurant. That seemed odd but I like the cupcakes and I wanted them for a gift. It feels awkward walking into one business to get to another and the entire feel of the store is now different. It's darker. It doesn't have the light, airy feel of a candy store or ice cream parlor. The staff is still very friendly and helpful and the cupcakes are still excellent...read full review
