I have not really had a good experience at this McDonalds in prolly 2 years. That says a lot to me about the pride of the company at this particular location. On numerous occasions my order has been completely wrong and when it was brought to their attention they acted as if it was bothering them to have to get my order correct. This is a busy location. I placed a mobile order for curbside. Checked in at 6:38. 7:06 still no food. I went in and asked for a manager! They couldn't find order. I showed them my verification and order which said it was coming out. She reordered it and it was fine! Should have offered.a refund, but my grandkids were hungry!!

The cashier that took our order was rude and went out of her way to show it. She grabbed our cup from the inside and kept making nasty faces when I asked for anything as if it was a bother and not her job. Maybe she was having a bad day but that's not an excuse to be that way. Manager was lovely, but I'm unsatisfied with her service.
