Order a cake 1 month and 5 days in advance for my sons birthday. They called me less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick it up, to tell me they don’t have it in stock and Couldn’t complete my order. Never again.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I got notified today that the cupcake order I ordered for my little girl's 7th and little boys 3rd birthday party tomorrow 10/23/22, is canceled. The day before the party, and I'm notified my order cannot be fulfilled. Sharing because I hope I can prevent another parent from this nightmare.
