The customer service I have received at the Broussard location was 5 star. Morgan and Michelle? did a super job on my delivery order. They put the GREAT in the Great American Cookie Company.
Other than a birthday cake not being ready on the day I needed once, I usually have good service here. Love their cakes and cookies and they freeze well. They also have a Hershey"s ice cream in this location so you can get your ice cream fix.

The cookies are delicious and Brandy behind the counter had a friendly smile and great service. We enjoyed our experience at this location! Will definitely stop the next time we are in Broussard!
