The food is okay, but now that they have the kiosk they refuse to help you. They will straight up tell you to use it if. You want to order something. They are losing customers because a older couple didn't know how to use it. Then they left. Also the price seems to go up. There food isn't what it use to be and now they skim on what you get and charge more. Just ain't worth it to me.

Stormie and the manager were terribly rude to me. Yelling at me at the drive-through window for asking for my food to be remade correctly. Both of these women should be fired!

Was told I have to use the kiosk or I would not be served. The drive-thru had two cars and I was the only one in the lobby. So I told him no and I left. This was in Covington Louisiana highway 21

Just a complete dump of an experience. Order placed on one of the computer boards, because I trust technology over actual people in this establishment. 30 minutes later, I get my food. Apparently they either forgot my order or gave it to a DoorDash driver. Overpriced microwave garbage with pathetic customer service. Also, teach your employees how to project their voices. Apparently my name was called but I heard nothing because everybody that works here talks under their breath unless they’re cursing back-and-forth to their fellow coworkers. Then they’re projecting loud and proud. Completely pathetic.

I know it's fast food. Store was clean. Staff was very slow. Lobby was only stocked with fire sauce, knives and unhappy guests waiting on food that comes out slower than a full blown restaurant. If I had known it would be that alow to get two items I would have sat down at the Mexican restaurant next door.

Went through the drive-thru around 5:13pm on 11/19/23. Two girls took our order. I have never seen such horrible customer service, bad attitude and disrespect. Horrible. I will never come back.

No issues with the food...normal TB food. But the young lady at the drive thru window left a lot to be desired. After pulling up to order said order when ready so I did then she tells me to wait. Few min later asked what I wanted to I repeated my order and tells me I got that, anything else. Said no and pulled forward to wait. Get to window to pay and hands me my food and while running my card I check my order. Not what I was expecting so I asked I thought i ordered xyz, she looks at the receipt says no. Didn't ask anything, did reach out to hand me my card so I reached out and took it and left. She then starts yelling "Damn! What is wrong with yall people?!" As I'm leaving. Rather than stop get out and go inside or hold up the already long line I figured I would call. But after 20min of continuous calling with no answer I guess they are tired of the complaints today and have decided to no longer answer the phone.
