Fast Food Restaurants near Fort Polk South

“This is the only pizza place on base and one of three pizza places that deliver on base. Usually they deliver and it always get here on time and the food is good. Their cheese sticks are the only thing I have issue with. It's a lot of bread and a little bit of burnt cheese. I should have added a picture. But that's how they always make it. The staff seems to be friendly. If you carry out now you MUST park by the soccer field. They did not tell me this. In fact when I called the first time the I'm young lady said she would bring it and disconnected the line before I could ask or say anything. I wanted them called again and that when they took the time to explain it had changed and they had to have us park by the field. So make sure you park over by the field our you'll sit out in the parking lot. It's also not marked well. The only signage was in the parking spots. Something that directs people over to that area would help.“

“I order from here once a week at least. Never have I had my food held hostage until I present a debit card to the driver. I ordered from here like 2 days ago and had no problem. Today I order food and my food is held hostage. I had to send it back because my husband misplaced his debit card. Pizza hut.... I am extremely angry with you. “How do you review a chain establishment operated by another chain establishment, inside of a military installation? Pretty much the same as any other Qdoba I have been to. Since I work around the country at military installations, I waited until the lunch rush is typically over. At around 1240 there was practically no line and the service was quick. My favorite is the smoked brisket either in a bowl or a burrito.“

“VERY long line as I came here during peak lunch hours. I thought they did a very good job handling the long line with speed and precision. My Turkey and cheddar sandwich was made right and hot. Same with the fries. There was some confusion of orders but they quickly talked through them and made them right. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy. As always, a great lunch option. Plus 10% off when you use your military star card!“

“Not bad.... considering its fort Polk. Orange chicken was kinda soggy both times I went, almost undercooked. Not the crunchy outside soft inside you usually find in your average Panda Express. But! It's fort Polk. Can't complain. Will eat there again. And then again.“

“As far as Post Exchanges go in Army bases, I can't recall if I've ever seen a Panda Express in their food courts. But I'm glad there's one here. Quick bite of something familiar for dinner and called it a day. Their food was warm and tasty and my hunger was appeased. Once you accept there aren't really any places to dine with the Fort Polk vicinity, the better off you are. Let's face it... the closest "big city" to here is Alexandria about an hour East of here.“

“Sonic is always a top choice if we are picking something up for dinner. It is also an excellent place to pick up an afternoon snack! If your not looking for food, they have a large selection of drinks including fountain drinks, real fruit slushes, and delicious shakes. The drinks alone are normally worth the stop.“

“We stopped in randomly on a Monday afternoon heading back to Texas from Leesville. Never been to one before in my life. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the staff was very friendly. We took a little time deciding what we wanted and they were very patient with us. Once we did decide I swear to you they had our food out to us in 5 minutes if that. The food itself was DELICIOUS. Fish and shrimp was hot and crispy on the outside, the fries and hushpuppies were fresh and the coleslaw was perfect. I highly recommend you stop in and support them...I know when I'm through that way again I'll be back for sure. Thank yall for the great experience!“

“Refreshing Customer Service. Sadly it's hard to deal with most attitudes within fast pace food places. This Crew at Arby's in Leesville LA, extremely welcoming & completely comfy throughout the entire experience. My Pitbulll is newly adopted and very loving but,, was cautious and worried whenever we pulled up to the drive-thru. Trying hard to save us from the cashier. I'm convinced it was definitely Shadow's first time. This wonderful Lady instantly eased his worry by offering him his first Pup Cup. I'm very grateful ? for the kindness showed.
