“While it in no way resembled a croissant, my wife gave the chicken maple bacon croissant two thumbs up. I enjoyed the breakfast baconator. It's not fine cuisine, but it's one of the better breakfasts you can get in a drive-through.“
“Despite bring short staffed the lady and gentlemen that were working were very kind and helpful. Pizza was excellent and service was very good. Please support this Pizza Hut or we may not have a Pineville location very much longer.Kid-friendliness: They made my 9 yr old grandson feel specialWheelchair accessibility: Ye“
“I just ordered the bbq chicken ranch salad. The bbq chicken ranch tasted different (better) than the side of ranch dressing. The salad was huge! I will look closer the next time I order since it seemed "odd" to have hard boiled eggs, and black olives on this. Chicken very tender. This was a takeout so did not dine-in. Order was ready at pick up. I would eat here again-so many choices on menu!“
“Usually I have no problems but this time I ordered online for curbside pickup. It said ready in 20-30 mins. I checked in when I arrived 25 mins later. After sitting there for 7 mins I went back to my order, clicked on I’m here again & was prompted to call. When I called no one answered the phone. I literally was on hold for 5 mins before I just hung up & went inside. There was no one up front, 2 people were waiting, & when I was waited on I was told my pizza was in the oven. At this point it almost been an hour since I’d placed my order. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left after waiting the 7 mins when I first arrived. No apology for the wait, no offer of a free side item or a discount for discount. I’m usually very happy with this location but this time was extremely disappointed“
“So glad this is finally in Cenla. I admit that I mainly enjoy breakfasts at Whataburger, especially the honey butter chicken biscuit. The coffee is pretty good, too. The burgers are big and pretty good, but the fries are not impressive at any location I've visited.I have visited this location multiple times since they opened and have only had a service issue once. It's all been pretty good since then.“
“At the height of the pandemic, this location was seeing the worst labor shortage in its history. Those days are gone. This Dairy Queen is in full swing and the best it's been in 20 years! The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The quality of both hot food and cold ice cream alike are what you would come to expect from the most veteran of Dairy Queen franchises. Stop in on a hot day for a Blizzard or spice it up with a hot and spicy burger!“
“After being open for a few short months, it seems they have lost their corporate standards, which were undoubtedly drilled into their heads during orientation and training. In this area, turnover at jobs like this is quite hight and with each new hire, standards drop. Aside from the clubs of dirt and grass all over the floor, there is an abundance of dirty tables. I walked in and stood in line behind a family who had clearly been standing in line a minute, looking at a blank space behind a computer where once would assume to find an employee taking orders. I look to my left, and the drive-through is flowing smoothly with 2 people making sandwiches in plain view of the dining room. I'm not the type to stand in a line with nothing more than a wall to look at so I asked if it was necessary to go through the drive through to order food or if there is a kiosk I can place my order with, since there is nobody behind the counter taking orders. I was told I could call ahead next time. The food is fine, it's a sandwich and chips. Do better, though.“
