“My taste buds are dancing! They served up some of the best smoked brisket and ribs I've ever had, the brisket melts in your mouth and the meat fell right off the bones. The sausage links had great smoky flavor and were super juicy. The chef let us sample the chopped beef and jambalaya and they were both delish! We lucked out and got the last banana pudding and that topped off our meal deliciously. Don't let the shack in the middle nowhere fool ya. Great eats coming from a humble establishment.So glad we made the stop, very easy parking and right off the interstate. (Enough parking to stop in our moving truck) Don't miss out! Thank you to our gracious hosts. Wonderful people with great food and great service.”

“Great little local stop for BBQ. You will need to be patient because the owner is the operator who was working alone when I went. He was super personable and I enjoyed conversing with him as he filled my order. Tried the brisket and chicken which were wonderful. Ribs must be popular, he was out when I went after work. The potato salad is on the sweet side, so if you prefer the tang of traditional mustard potato salad you may not like it. I bet he would let you sample it first! We will go back. Gotta try those ribs!”

Everything is always fresh, in stock and service is great. Ms Lisa is always nice and helpful, as well as the other employees. We will definitely keep returning and happy to have them close by.”

“They hit the jackpot when they hired lolly. This was my first time here today, my daughter graduated from LSU and cc was her favorite place to go to for coffee. We live in Tyler and she had me go to Jacksonville to get her one of these Iced coffees today. I normally try her coffee because she always makes me… And I always think it's gross. This was absolutely delicious! Way to go super one for putting cc in your store. I hope some of the Tyler stores!Five stars for service, I even called back and asked her a question about the coffee. “I would give more than 5 stars for the bakery ladies if I could! Saturday morning I found out last minute that I needed to get a cake, very specific request of a SpongeBob cake actually. I called over there and they searched and found a SpongeBob decoration kit but they told me I would just need to pick a cake they already had and they would write on it and add the decor, no biggie, I figured that. But let me tell you when I picked up the cake it was the most perfectly decorated SpongeBob cake I could have even imagined for a last minute order. Very impressed! Will absolutely use again for any bakery needs!”

“We had a birthday party there last night and everyone was so nice. They say us at the time of our reservation once half of the party showed. They held the table as long as they could because people were late but they accommodated us well. Food was great and service was great especially for a large party. Highly recommend.”
