Very welcoming. Unique menu items and good prices compared to other comparable places. The food was a little too salty and over sauced, the vegetable ratio to food portion was lower than most places, but I feel that they would accommodate special requests for less or more as everything was fresh and great quality. Very professional and courteous staff. Attentive. Cash discount available.”

“Initially I thought it was just like a worse chipotle, but they had things chipotle doesn't have. Varieties of tortillas, sizes of burritos, and the mushrooms were good. The staff were nice, even letting me take my food before we paid.

Vegetarian options: They didn't have a sofritas equivalent which we really like because it's good veggie protein. If you're fine with cheese and beans as protein it's fine.”

“The Smoothie was great but the cashier finished my transaction without swiping my reward app. She said nothing she could do once she completed the sale . I had to send a message to the company and as of today i have not heard back from . I think the cashier should be able to correct the mistake without me having to spend mt time sending messages. That was time consuming and frustrating. Cashier was very polite tho.”

“My husband and I along with our 14 month old grandson stopped in today for lunch. It was a spur of the moment decision, we were passing by and I said it had been awhile since we’d eaten Philay’s, so let’s go eat there before his doctors appointment. I am SO glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family and were sat quickly. The ladies were so sweet to our grandson, talking about how cute he is and he was even given some fries to tide him over until the food got there. He’s a hungry growing boy for sure!! There was also an older couple seated next to us who were the nicest people. Our grandson LOVES food and lets it be known by how loud he NOM NOM NOM’s his food. He definitely kept them all entertained, they couldn’t get over how loud he was enjoying his French fries 😅😂 It will not be as long until we come back next time because of how welcoming everyone was today. Thank you for the yummy food and awesome service!!”

“This is by far the best snowball stand we've found in Ascension Parish. The ice is perfect, with a ton of flavors and toppings to choose from and enough extras (like hot dogs and nachos) to satisfy any snack craving you might have. There is good parking and a covered patio to protect you from the sun or rain. The best part is the excellent and friendly service by Mr. and Mrs. Madere. Stop by and see them before the end of September for a treat you'll be delighted with.”

“Chicken fingers were smaller than usual visiting different locations. The drive thru was long so I went inside to place order. I enjoy eating Raising Cane's: unfortunately consistency is not among all locations. The ketchup is not ordinary Heinz, appear to be a special blend only at Raising Cane's restaurants. The tenders were hot but fries were lukewarm. I always order the Box combo. I sometimes substitute cole slaw for extra fries or a tender. The Cane sauce is excellent with the tenders. This location is in a pretty good area with other nearby stores. This Raising Cane's is running a race with Zaxby's.”

“You can craft your own pizza or choose an option from the menu. Lots of toppings to select if you build it yourself. If you like brick oven style pizza, this is the place for you. The pizza was very good.”

“Love the pizza!! I had an emergency for a lunch meeting we were hosting at a clients lication. The place we ordered lunch from wasn't answering their doors or phones 35 minutes before our meeting was supposed to start! Panicking i turned into Johnny's before they were even open...and they opened up, took my order, fired up the ovens and had me on my way with pizza to feed a dozen attendants at the meeting! That's AMAZING service! Forever grateful to Jihnny's in Gonzales!”

“Fast & friendly service. The food is delicious!! We have gone through the drive-through once a week for the last four weeks, and now weekly have to have our chicken salad chick fix. The Pimento cheese is awesome. Also the chicken salad with the cranberries. The broccoli salad is great, and the grape salad is wonderful. It also feels like a healthy meal. This has quickly become my favorite place.”

“We love Lit pizza, but the Denham springs, La location can NEVER get the online order correct in the evenings. About 4 of us order several times online and every single time one or more of the pizza’s are incorrect. It makes us not want to order out, which we do often as we work evening shifts.”

“My husband and I live near this Starbucks so it’s our go-to for any road trip or work route. He has sat inside many times to work on things and they almost instantly knew him by name and greet us very enthusiastically every time we go in! Drive thru service is always quick and pleasant, never robotic or rushed. You always feel like the baristas have time for more than a “here’s your coffee, have a nice day.” We brag about this location to everyone we know. It is WAY different from the overly-corporate feel of most Starbucks we’ve visited in the past, in fact we used to go out of our way to avoid getting Starbucks because we rather cozy, welcoming coffee shop atmospheres and of course we are loyal to PJ’s because we worked together at one! This location delivers that inviting vibe you don’t get at most chain/corporate cafes or restaurants. We appreciate the baristas and management here! Writing this after they handed me a note today that read “You keep us smiling” for a kindness week thing they’re doing, so I just thought I’d return the favor. Keep being awesome, guys! Yall make us smile!”
