My mother loves the burgers and fries from this location (while I'm partial to the burgers and milkshakes). Even during the busy hours, the staff has remained friendly and tried to get the orders out in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of the food. TThe worker shortage did okay a part in some locations scaling back their hours, but the food didn't seem to suffer at all.
Nowhere on or near the door is there any indication that a mask is required. Went in, got to the register, and the girl in the back motions to her mask. I said I didn't have one with me and she refused to take my order. BTW ... the Louisiana mas mandate was lifted last week, and so was Jefferson Parish's. Won't be back. This WAS one of the few "fast food" places I used to eat at. Not any more.

Went in to pick up an online order. There were 5 people behind the counter. After waiting several minutes at the pick up order area, not one employee acknowledged my presence. Got home and the burger was not what I ordered. They did get the Cajun fries right. Overpriced, wrong order, and poor service. This was my first and last visit to Five Guys.
