This is hands down our favorite pho place. The food is always fresh and delicious. Today I placed an order for pickup through DoorDash. When I arrived they located my order and let me know it wasn't ready yet and offered me a place to sit to wait. When it was ready, the server brought my food to me and noticed I had my hands a little full with my baby in her car seat. I ordered my usual....pho with no meat. Have ordered this many, many times. Tonight's order had no onions and they had substituted sliced cabbage for the bean sprouts. I realize that sometimes items are not available and things can get left out especially now, but I should have been informed of the substituion to have the opportunity to choose another dish. Very disappointing!
