Copeland's of New Orleans Reviews
Apparently, Copeland's is now charging for condiments. We understand prices having to be adjusted for inflation but to charge for condiments such as tarter sauce is ridiculous. Especially when it's not listed on the menu for an additional charge and your server gives you the option of ketchup or tarter sauce with your catfish without mentioning there will be a charge for it. Very disappointing.
Poor customer service. Requested to speak to kitchen manager and she never came out.
Went for brunch and asked for fish and grits instead of shrimp and grits and was told I couldn't get that. I asked for the price of a filet of fish and a dude if grits. once told I ordered that. Attended a baby shower held today at copelands in Houma and I ordered the crawfish fettuccine, I wish I could say that the food was as good as it looked but that’s not the case. The food made me feel sick, nauseous and having to go to the bathroom quite a lot the rest of the day. So I don’t recommend the crawfish fettuccine!

Copeland's of New Orleans offers a comfortable and visually pleasing dining experience. The restaurant is known for its delicious Crawfish Bread, perfectly cooked Veal Copeland, and flavorful ribeye steak. Customers often praise the shrimp pasta and the wide variety of desserts, including the highly recommended berry cheesecake and death by chocolate cheesecake. The atmosphere is relaxing, complemented by friendly and attentive service. While the menu has changed, removing some customer favorites, the food is still consistently good, and the portion sizes are generous. Copeland's is a favorite among Southern Louisianians and is suitable for celebrating with family or enjoying a special dinner with a loved one. The steak is often considered the best in town, and the overall dining experience is both beautiful and flavorful.
