“I was so sad I didn't leave Nola with a muffuletta from central grocery store but a quick Yelp search told me there was still hope if I go to the moisant market, located right in front of concourse B next to the cafe du monde stall, I can find it in the deli section. It's a little over $17 but I was so happy to have it for my last meal in NOLA and come to think of it I'm glad I didn't buy it at the French quarter because I would have had to lug it around for hours before getting to the airport. This was nice and refrigerated and I could tuck it perfectly inside my backpack carry on. Carry on!“
“Incredible food. Most dishes are appropriately small so it encourages sharing and a family-style approach. Pizzas are really something else and the pastas are to die for. Really great choices in wines, and although the price tags arent low, it is worth it.“
“Awesome dinner as always. Made reservations at the last minute and they accommodated us right away and then when we arrived we were seated right away. Steaks, creamed spinach, asparagus and so much more was perfect. Our waiter Travis was the best! Seeing Glenn Bove made our night extra special.“
“We came here for happy hour (4-6) for half off all bottles of wine and half off the mussels and fries! Both were excellent and great portions! Our server Sara was super nice and helpful, she gave us a lot of recs and talked through all of the wines with us. We sat outside on the front patio and it was just so lovely, busy but not too packed. Overall def recommend and will come back!“
“Extremly friendly staff! I visited this restaurant on 10/9/22 on a late night about 2 am.. I thought this bar sold food, I was extremely hungry, but only had drinks. The two women there were soooo friendly,I ended up ordering two delicious long islands! They recommended 3 other places my fiancé and I can eat at, and we ended up at lamp lighter. I wish I would of got the two friendly waitresses name. Thank y’all! We will be back.“
“Fleming's Steakhouse was my choice to celebrate a birthday for my friend. Everyone from the door, to management, to wait staff acknowledged her special day. Outstanding! The service and food really topped off the occasion. Our steak was just what was ordered and shareable sides were excellent. Prices are a little higher but there are a variety of menu items to choose. Great night out!!“
“Gosh I love this place!!! 1rst the bartenders are fantastic both of them are really. 2) The cocktails are fantastic. They change the menu regularly, do it's always fun and crash. But they keep the best and there is nothing better than their Salted Caramel Martinis or as I now call them dessert. I've decided to skip desert at restaurants and come here instead for a night cap, sweet treat. But it gets better because there is something for everyone! I'm a Gin fan so their Bees Sneeze are great as well as their Gimlets (which has become my favorite drink). But it gets better... they have this smoked old fashion that smells and taste amazing. I could go on and on, since I'm trying to try all their cocktails (it might take me a while). So finally the space is lovely and I love to be served in really nice glasses. Now their outdoor and back space needs a little love. There is nothing wrong with it, it is just a little plain compared to the main bar area. Right now this is my favorite bar.“
“In town for the po boy festival, Calliope went out of their way to facilitate all of the people on the street with water and a nice space to sit... and of course their beers which were nicely priced, cold and delicious! I brew beer in the fl panhandle and I shall return to celebrate both your beer and your hospitality! Thank you!“
“Oak seemed to me as more a wine and cocktail bar that serves food than a restaurant. The food is good it just doesn’t seem to be the main focus, primarily small plates. Service was friendly and prompt. The live entertainment was was very good without being overwhelming. Overall a nice place to spend some time.Vegetarian options: Some non-meat dishesKid-friendliness: An adult environmentParking: On street parking in the area and a paid lot about a block awayWheelchair accessibility: Somewhat accessibleDietary restrictions: Staff will work with restrictions you make them aware of“
“The service staff was excellent from when we walked in all the way through getting to our car. Food was top notch and delicious especially the BBQ Shrimp. Was very impressed with the bread pudding as well. Overall one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Will 100% come back.“
“Although they were short staffed, the server was wonderful and the pizza was delicious. I recommend the thin crust. Some family members raved about the Cajun Shrimp pizza. I’d have given 5 stars except the restaurant was not very wheelchair accessible. I might have made it over the threshold. But, I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to get thrown out of my chair. So, we ate outside. The worst part was that the bathroom had a large concrete curb you had to step up on. There was no option for me.“
“We really enjoyed our experience here. The staff was very friendly and everyone made us feel welcome. Our food was delicious! I had the lasagna and my wife had the bolognese. We also had the bruschetta for an appetizer and split the lemon mascarpone cheesecake for dessert. I would definitely recommend. Despite this being a special occasion I would definitely return just for regular dining.“
“The food, service and atmosphere were awesome. James (our waiter) gave us some good recommendations. I ordered the crab cakes (appetizer), Cowboy Ribeye (entree) and my wife and I shared the Lobster Mac n Cheese. We both absolutely loved the crab cakes and the lobster mac.“
“Wow! Had such a great experience. The food was good, the wine delicious and the service was incredible. Cynthia and Jade were amazing! So friendly, super attentive, and extremely helpful! Cynthia recommended the cheese plate and Cajun pasta and we were not disappointed. Will definitely be stopping by the next time we fly through NOLA!“
