I was one of many cars that left before ordering today. These people act like they don't know what they're doing over here. Not wasting my time coming back to this location ever.
Stopped by for two shakes. They were pretty busy so I didn't mind waiting a bit. That is until two separate groups sat down after I ordered and got their food. 20 minutes of waiting for just two shakes.

We went to Sonic on Nelson on Christmas Eve but well before they closed. I had to call 3 times and never got my food. The girl said she would credit my card but I would have to wait more time before i could get a verification. I know that they were understaffed but they had time to take selfies where customers could see. I finally drove off....no food..2 corn dogs and 2 drinks.... after 45 min. It will be a very long time before I visit this Sonic again....never. Merry...read full review
