“Thanks to previous reviews, I knew exactly who Heather was and I was fortunate enough to have her as my waitress. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and super friendly. I mean she treated us so good we didn't want to leave. The food was so good that we ended up ordering a bunch to go so my mom could try it. My son is a very picky eater but he tore his food up. My mom said that the fried shrimp and catfish were the best she's had. We ordered the Ribeye, prime burger, fried shrimp, fried shrimp and catfish, bread pudding, pork rinds and everything was amazing!!! Both the food and the service here is top notch! “Every time I have ordered from this establishment it has been an absolute delight. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. There hasn't been a single thing on the menu that I have tried (so far) that has been mediocre. While I started with the classic butter chicken, I've grown particularly fond of the Paneer Tikka Masala and Lauki Halwa. Today when I ordered the Palak Paneer (a recommendation from another customer) they asked about which spice level I would prefer. While I personally enjoy very spicy food, I thought it would be nice to point out that they can be accommodating for those who aren't as fond of spicy food. I'm surprised that this place isn't absolutely packed every time I visit. I'm looking forward to trying more from Desi Fusion ,and I hope they get the success they deserve!Vegetarian options: As someone who isn't vegetarian but is interested in vegetarian options, Desi Fusion gave me a lot of flavorful options that have me excited to try more! “I had the 4 piece fish. It came to the table molten lavas hot, fresh and tasty. The batter was crispy and the fish was cooked perfectly. Sides were delicious, I think their coleslaw is among the best in town. The red beams and rice were as good as anything I've gotten in New Orleans! The only suggestion is to offer a 2 piece option, because I couldn't finish it.“
“Awesome experience. We come often to GNLC, but had never tried Chart House until this trip. We felt like we were in a small, exclusive private club. Our dinner was so spectacular that we came back for brunch on Sunday morning! We'll be back often!“
“The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the mimosa flight had WAAAAAAAY too much juice & not enough champagne (at least 60% juice). To the point that it made the flight undrinkable. What I suggest is asking for all the juices on the SIDE so you can do your own mixing. Other than that their Sunday brunch was great! Service was a bit slow….but the enclosed front porch was beautiful & food was delicious!“

“I hadn't been to Cotten's in years. I brought my daughter and we had a wonderful lunch. I had a truly fantastic burger and fries, and my daughter had the chicken tenders, which she described as the best she's ever had. I feel honestly stupid having been missing out on Cotten's for all these years. Best burger in Lake Charles! Also, the owner is manning (womanning?) the grill! Much love for this place!“
“It's in a high traffic area but they only use one lane. The waste time for lunch are very long and coming in and leaving are a headache. It's good for a quick bite to eat but the change to a voice recognition software for orders leaves much to be desired.“

“It is a bit pricy- but worth it for a delicious “fast food” burger. They prepare everything right in front of you and it certainly tastes fresh. This is the best Five Guys location I’ve ever been to… there were only like 3 people working, but they took care of business. They were so friendly and helpful to our swim team when we all barged in there at one time! Whatever these ladies are getting paid- they deserve a raise. :))“
“When we visit our Lake Charles family, Cotton’s is a must eat stop. Grew up eating here and the food has always been great. Same employees forever are wonderful and friendly. The hamburgers, shrimp burgers, and shrimp dinners are my favs and the homemade onion rings are omg yummy. All the locals eat here, usually has a line waiting to place orders, but don’t let that deter you, it moves fast. Today our 14 month old grandson got his 1st taste of Cotton’s, he definitely approves.“
