Drove through the drive thru, there is usually a sign at times saying ' No meat, just fried foods, ' or someone will come on the intercom saying, " We aren't serving right now". And it's 7am Breakfast time. The Parking lot has trash all over it, the workers are loud inside; cursing, playing loud music, and a hint of weed wafts through the window at times. The inside trash cans are always full; your order is wrong, wait 30-45 minutes to get it. Who is running this Wendy's on McNeese...read full review

The person taking the orders was not personable at all. “What else” over and over. Must’ve been go home time for him. After you pay, they ask you to go crane your car into these tiny parking spot in a corner of the lot. Not the greatest customer service. Regarding the food, the sandwiches were bland, my son didn’t finish the nuggets, all 5 fries were old and limp. Definitely will NOT be going back to this location!!

They didn't know what was going on, the shift manager came in and talked to everyone while we was ordering. Then they soaked the floor with greasy water and my mother fell. Had to go to the hospital and everything. They didn't care and didn't help at all. Didn't want to do an accidentReport either. Horrible
