Very unhelpful staff. I couldn't get anyone to check me in for an oil change. Couldn't get anyone to simply open a cabinet to get a razor. Couldn't get anyone to check me in to get a haircut. I waited a total of 50 minutes trying to get one of the three done. Wasted my time here today.
I would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered groceries to be delivered to my residence due to being quarantined. I placed my order at 11AM. My delivery was supposed to be by 1PM. At 5:30PM that evening my order had still not arrived. When I contacted customer service they stated that the order could not be delivered due to "traffic conditions." Bad customer service. Called multiple times no answer. Then when you finally get a person they redirect you and the person that picks up have no clue about the department they work in. So drove to the store and other workers still didn't have an answer about products.
