Wonderful pasta dishes. And very cool concept of "build your own". We'll be back to get sauce as take out. What we actually had was the "lasagna". Not really lasagna but wide papardelle with sauce, sausage, and cheese. Yummy. And the lemon shrimp linguini, not strongly flavored but good. The only strange thing was the staff vibe; competent and professional, but cool to the point of cold. It's NOLA, people smile here yall:-)
This was a recommendation from a bus tour guide who ate here often The homemade pasta was fantastic Appetizers excellent. It was great you could mix and match pasta, sauces and add-ins. I had the John Lemon which was amazing If there was one drawback it was that it seems to be a one man show, although he really hustled. Both bathrooms were broken but the bar next door allowed his customers to use theirs. Fun collection of tchotchkes
