DONT GO TO BROUSSARDS. Ever. One of the worst fine dining restaurant experiences I’ve had in New Orleans. Arrived at 801 for our 8pm reservation and told a few minutes for a wait. Turned to 10 minute then 20 then 30. Asked the hostess if we could get a round of drinks while waiting as she said they were clearing our table for a third time. Couldn’t get served at bar! We had Christmas brunch at Broussard. From the minute we stepped in it was a wonderful experience. Keith took exceptional care of us. From Oysters Broussard to the crème brûlée and everything in between. Our family highly recommends!!!
Food was okay but not good. Scallops were not edible because they were too salty. Not a fine dining experience definitely will not be back. I’ve had gas station food that was better at a fraction of the cost.
