This is a secret about which I am glad someone told me. It's your basic sandwich shop: walk up counter, order for take out or dine in. The place is nice and the seating is all booths.BUT, the best part is ALL the other stuff which is available. King crab, blue crab, shrimp, boiled (in crab boil) sausage - corn - potatos... This place has one of the best gumbo I have ever eaten! I’m not local though, we were visiting Nola and we googled it a gumbo location near by and this one popped up and let me tell you, YUMMY!!!!***adding** the fried rice!!! You gotta try the fried rice!!

My food was good. I had lobster and crawfish broil. Two complaints I had the crawfish were too small, and the lobster was slightly overcooked, but it was season so well. I didn't care l o l. As far as the fish basket, do not get it,
