Nice staff. True New Orleans local inexpensive lunch fare. Salad bar, fruits, drinks, sandwiches to order and select hot lunches. No eat in, takes credit cards. Under the same roof as Hyatt, Entergy Building and of course 1250 Poydras (its on the ground floor)
This place is in the building next to the one where I work and I was delighted to discover this little spot to add to the limited options in the immediate vicinity. It was cash only, but there is a Whitney ATM outside this building and Chase ATM right next door. Update: they've recently starting taking credit cards with a $5 minimum. I really like this little place. Their food is priced well. It is a takeout hot food lunch and breakfast restaurant. The hot sausages on croissant breakfast sandwich is wonderful and I love the seafood plates on Friday. Everyone who works there is very friendly and personable. They also have a salad bar that you pay by the ounce. I have not yet had the salad because post Covid I don't think I'll ever eat anything buffet style again but to each their own.
