We drove from Killian to see our daughter and spend some time in NO. We had always wanted to try Dixie Chicken; so since we were in the neighborhood we stopped in for lunch. My hubby loves fried chicken and he was blown away by Dixie’s Fried Chicken. The wait staff was also just as amazing We will definitely be back.
Was driving from Las Vegas to Central Florida. On the way I wanted to stop in New Orleans for some of there famous food.A side portion of gumbo and the Dixie Special Po Boy.The gumbo was hot in temp not flavor. Taste of the gumbo can't really describe but can tell it was authentic with creole Cajun flavor.The Dixie Po Boy was an experience in it's own.
