Had an amazing experience at Gaia & loved the atmosphere when my family went during Mardi Gras! The cotton candy is a must & all the drinks at the table were delicious! My absolute favorite side was the mushrooms and lobster mack & cheese! I also had the Crab cake & truffle fries which were also delicious! Definitely will be back!??
Incredible dining experience with exceptional service and very filling proportions compared to other higher end restaurants. The dry-aged tomahawk is melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the cocktails that I had - the Lychee & Rose Nitro Martini and the Brown Butter - were absolutely divine.

My husband and I had the best experience here! From the moment we entered untilcwe left we got A+ 5 star treatment!! The food was amazing and the service was some how even better!!! Hands down one of the best birthday dinners I've ever had. Thank you to our server David for making this such a wonderful experience!!
