Le Roux's Chicken Shack serves excellent Louisiana-style cuisine, including perfect catfish, amazing French fries, and delicious garden salads. Their special sauce adds flavor to their chicken, and their 10-piece wings and fish and shrimp dinner are phenomenal. Although the area surrounding the restaurant may be a concern, the pleasant and quick service makes up for it. While there may be limitations, such as no public restrooms and limited staff, the great food and friendly worker make it worth a visit.
