Mid City Yacht Club is a neighborhood bar with a few steps above beer selections and a menu offering good to great options. The burgers are creative and always great. The bartenders can be surly but can be won over by being pleasant and tipping well. There are no boats, yachts, or bodies of water nearby. The bar has a pool table, nice outdoor space, and good, reasonably-priced food, making it a hidden gem with great parking. Vegetarian options include a veggie burger, veggie stir fry, hummus and chips, and an 'all good things' hummus plate. The food service is very professional, and the menu features items like a pulled pork sandwich and pickle chips.
