Placed in order or ghost pepper wings and when I got home and opened the box I had 2 wings missing. Clearly whoever boxed it messed up big time. Then on another day I ordered online but before I did I called the store and asked if they had any ghost pepper and they told me they did but when I placed my order and went to pick it up they said they didn't have none and had to refund me which they never did like I'm so over Popeyes at this location.
The chicken was so delicious ?Shout out to the manager of this location on Paris Ave. He and his staff were so polite and excellent customer service. I left with a big Smile ? on my face and very satisfied

Shanel the front counter person was rude to customers blissfully ignorant in not knowing her job . I attempted to get a manager and help from other customers to only be met with smart alec responses from Shanel and the manager who was proud to say out of the three kiosk not working she couldn't and wasn't trained to work either and she just walked away mid conversation this is a horrible place I will be personally recommending people I know to do not waste their time or dignity.
