Usually when I go to Popeye's I'm expecting to receive the same trash service (Harvey& marrero locations) But since I was in the Algiers area I went and had and placed a mobile order and again I wasn't expecting nothing to go smooth because of previous experiences. I placed an order through the Popeyes app completed my order and it stated that the restaurant closed at 11 PM. I arrived at 10:29 PM to pick up my order. upon entering the drive-through there was a sign that stated due to shortage of employees they close at 9 PM. I drove around to the drive-through window to ask how can I get refunded for the payment that I made.
