“We were blown away on our first visit this morning!! Ryan is a talented mixologist in the bar creating beautiful, delicious and truly unique drinks. Our server Louis was incredibly charming and attentive, giving us excellent menu choices —as it was a hard decision. Every dish was a work of art—both in presentation and flavor. The whole experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back!“

“The first thing you notice is the quirky decor & immediately feel at home. The second is the excellent customer service, southern hospitality at its finest. I ordered the crab cakes with poached eggs on top. I will never eat a crab cake anywhere BUT here. Their food was delectable and by far the BEST food I’ve had while in NOLA. Our server gave great free entertainment advice for us tourists and was highly attentive. All this to say, don’t come to NOLA & miss out on Elizabeth’s. They are a MUST experience.“

“Oysters and pita/crab dip were delicious! Service was a little rough. My husband got his oysters before I got my meal- he had that and his drink finished before I received my food. We tried to be patient because they were somewhat busy, but watched our server take off her apron and leave before ever coming back to our table after drop off. We had 2 other waiters and what looked like management walk by several times, and even though I tried to get their attention, never looked our way or stopped. Finally made eye contact with a gal working closer to the front who came over and was very sweet, apologizing as our waitress had just quit. She brought out my food that'd been sitting there for quite a while, so the muffalettas weren't great, coleslaw warm. She never came back or reassigned someone to us, no one checked on us for drink refills, etc. Had to flag her down to place another food and drink order, again because no one else was helping us. After that, zero service, no one stopped at our table to check on us, and nothing 'taken care of' for the mishap. We came at a time where we were able to see the end of one band and start of a new- both fantastic, so that was good. Would recommend based on food and music, maybe not so much service.“

“It’s dark, it’s cool, and they’ll play 60’s/70’s rock gems as the house music. The food is pretty good too. This is my favorite spot I’ve found after several years living in The Quarter. The vibe is perfect. Its the darkness and the music that really makes me not want to leave. It’s rock’n’roll without being a dive. Oh yeah, did I say the food is pretty good too?“

“Wow! Three of us ate lunch at Cafe Reconcile, the food was absolute perfection. We started with the fried turkey necks appetizer. Going into it we weren't sure what to expect but let me tell you.... they were unbelievably good!!! All of us had the Fried Green Tomato BLT on Jalapeno Cornbread Toast.... more perfection! Side dishes were Gumbo and Sweet Potato Crumble.....yep, perfection! The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and absolutely spotless. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. The prices were extremely reasonable and I guarantee you won't find better food at an expensive high end restaurant. Be sure to check this place out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“My bestie and I visited Monday during Essence Fest Weekend and had the best server Centorrey. She was very attentive and honest from the time we sat down til the time we departed. Her customer service was A+++ Centorrey made coming to this restaurant a joy that I had to see her manager personally and verbally tell him what an amazing job she did. “Quaint little spot between Aline St. and Delachaise St. It has a corner store vibe. The poboy and gumbo I had was really good. I hadn't been home (New Orleans) for a long time, so it was very pleasing to have some authentic cuisine. The hospital workers seem to frequent there often because they had a good report with the owner.“

New Orleans is home to many fine dining restaurants but none dinner than Brigtsen's. it's friendly, distinguished, welcoming to all. I'm not a fancy person and I've never felt out of place here. I had the Chris special and I’m not sure I’m going to even bother to try anything else on the menu because it was THAT GOOD. My husband ordered the special with a side of the hot chili garlic oil for dipping - really great! We shared an order of fries and had a side of Mack sauce and a side of honey mustard for dipping. It was a quiet night so we ordered a fountain Diet Coke and a Coke 🤣 - but saw there were some good liquor choices behind the counter and a pretty darned great selection of other canned/bottled beverages. Definitely coming back - definitely excellent.“

“To begin, the dining room looks amazing. Clean and polished with ample seating. We were immediately greeted by a friendly associate and shown to our reserved table. “We visit this restaurant every time we come to New Orleans. The owner is so sweet and kind and the service as usual is excellent. While here this time the owner was having the bar tender to make different drinks and she kept bring over drinks for us to try, I am not talking about little shot glasses but regular drink classes.
