The Sazerac Bar Reviews
As expected, the service was excellent. The bartender was able to create a non-menu drink for us based on taste preference. The staff performed their job in a sanitary way. The space is historic and feels like a trip back in time. My only issue is that it got pretty loud since there's little in the way of sound dampening.
Stopped here while staying at the Roosevelt. The bar was packed and it was difficult to get a place to seat or get the bartenders attention. I ordered the sazerac and it wasn't worth the price they charged ($20+). I know I am paying Waldorf Astoria prices but there are better bars to get better drinks in NOLA.

Went for a Ramos Gin Fizz and it was an amazing experience! Jonah our bartender welcomed us warmly and put on a show while making our Gin Fizzes. We went in the afternoon and the atmosphere in the Sazerac Bar was perfect. The light was low, the wood made it feel warm, there was fun conversation and the drinks were flowing. The Gin Fizz was perfectly prepared and was amazingly tasty. A must when in NOLA.
