“I went to try the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. I was not disappointed, the biscuits were tender and flakey. The gravy had a slight cajun kick to it but very tasty!

“The food here is AWESOME! And the people are very nice and friendly. And the location is right in the middle of plaquemine's busiest part of town on Railroad Ave. along with dozens of other local businesses on both sides of the tracks. The inside of the building looks like it's been remodeled, looks very clean and has a few beautiful antique pieces for show. I was very impressed!

“This place has been rock solid in my experience. The food is consistently good no matter what you order. The menu has a ton of variety and the dishes are all properly distinctive. Good fresh veggies. Several types of noodles. Fried stuff is crisp without being greasy, which is not always easy to pull off. Their fried chicken is surprisingly excellent every single time. On top of all that, the staff is always friendly (sometimes rushed but never rude), portion sizes are bigger than average, and their turnaround time is quick even for large orders. I'd recommend them any day of the week.”

These cookie cakes are about the thickness of a single layer round cake and their 10” cake is the perfect size for us! Trust me when I say that you won’t be disappointed with your purchase. I will never buy another cookie cake from anywhere else. My daughter requested I get her cake from y’all and loved the one I just purchased for her 17th birthday with pink and white roses along with glitter!!!”

“The best restaurant in Plaquemine hands down. I was working in Plaquemine for a year i happened to run across this hidden gem. As a female travel alone I felt safe going in there by myself. It's a great atmosphere. The bartenders are awesome. The local are super friendly. The owner a great guy and wonderful cook. Must try out steak night. It does have a touch tones jukebox so you can pick out your own music while your eating or drinking. If your in Plaquemine go check it out.”
