Great customer service as always from Counter Culture! Staff was very friendly and recommended great options on what to eat! Pecan parfait was AMAZING with fresh strawberries and smooth yogurt.
Food was mostly good (steak sandwich was not good and didn't include special sauce as described and soggy bread), not fast, good prices. Counter staff staff very rude and had a problem with me ordering "four %#&$^$% sandwiches"

I can't stress enough the fact that everyone should try their Humphrey Yogurt! It is the most delicious yogurt ice cream you will have in Shreveport. My favorite is with just strawberries, granola, and honey. I usually order it to go so I haven't spend much time in the restaurant but they always provide a fast service.
