Unbelievable depth of taste and sophistication in this fast-food world. Ambience, well, just sit back and believe you're in your favorite aunt's kitchen. What an amazing spot that I just discovered. It will now be a must stop when I'm in town. I got some gumbo to-go since I was traveling so didn't get to enjoy it right away. It was a tad thin for my personal taste but otherwise decent. The peach cobbler...OMG...I need more. It is the best I've eaten. I will definitely be grabbing some to bring back home.

Wow!!! The food was absolutely amazing! Hands down the BEST red beans and rice I have ever had. Our office ordered lunch from Mama Gail today and she did not disappoint! We will be seeing her and ordering her yummy food again!
