“This is by far the best Dunkin in all of Shreveport/Bossier. My favorite drink is the seasonal Pink Velvet iced macchiato and there is this one girl who literally makes it perfect every time I come through. She is really short and wears a hoodie under her t-shirt but she is the nicest, most positive employee i’ve ever encountered anywhere. I keep forgetting to get her name, but if you see her, you know you’re going to get the best service and the best drink. Usually I only get Dunkin every once in awhile because I find that there are flavor inconsistencies. However, this girl is extremely consistent and I will continue to only go to this location from now on! Thanks for making my days!“
