I ordered an egg and sausage Mcmuffin in the drive-through. The muffin was slightly burned, I asked for 2 sweeteners and cream and I don't believe they added what I asked for, maybe one sweetener was added but not stirred in and no cream and paid a 20 cent upcharge for it. I was also given the wrong price initially and then given the higher correct price. I wanted to dine in, but doors still locked after 6 am. 1) Cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her how to use the app correctly to get my points since she wouldn't let me give her my code. Then she threw my receipt at me like she was throwing paper in the trashcan. Out of all the McDonald's in Shreveport I wouldn't recommend going here. The only reason I ended up there is because I was ordering too fast on the App and didn't notice it changed the location from my favorite. Nothing there is ever working.
