“Slidell Ice Cream Co has one of the best local made ice cream I’ve had in a while. I definitely recommend trying them out if you’re in the area! If you don’t have a very high sweet tolerance try out the nectar or cheesecake ice cream they were my favorite.“

They have so many menu items, including cheesecake stuffed snowballs. The absolute best part is their drive thru, yes, you don't even have to get of the car! “TCBY has good stuff! I had a scoop of the banana pudding in a small waffle cone (I think that was the name of it) and my wife had chocolate soft serve in a waffle cone and my sister had a kid-sized vanilla scoop with Butterfinger topping. All of us loved our selections!“

“Their Snoballs are cheap, delicious and always available! I didn't realize they were there until I googled around Slidell but I highly recommend! I got a grape and watermelon snoball and it was delicious! Some of the cheapest and tastiest I've had!“
“Used to be this clown place in the same parking lot way back when when there was still the video Joe rental place. Used to ride my bike there when I was a kid and rent movies to bring back. Now it’s in one of the shops in the strip mall. More options for sure and still good. Smothered in syrup like it should be.“
“Living in Houston you can only get snoballs a few places. I heard that New Orleans was the place to get them. I know this is Slidell but was told this was a cool spot. The lady who took our order was cool and when we asked which was sweeter between the Tigers blood and Tutti Frutti she gladly gave us jello shot size samples. I ordered the Watermelon/Pineapple in a kiddie size and the kiddie size is about 8oz! The ice is soft but I prefer it a bit softer but the flavor was on point. Although it didn't look like alot of juice it definitely was and perfect for a hot day. If you looking for a cold treat for a hot day stop by!“
“Baskin Robbins has been my go-to for ice cream for a couple of years now, though I don't go as often anymore. The ice cream is good (especially the blueberry muffin and raspberry chocolate ice cream, but I'm not sure about the actual name for that one). Service is always good/average, nothing special but nothing bad- so that's a win in my book.“
