A true tast of Louisiana! This food is unstoppable. A a food photographer, I've tasted a lot of food. But, this is hands down, the BEST Louisiana style Seafood I have ever had! Everything is freshly caught and slow cooked to perfection! Everything was packed full of flavors. Even down to the corn and eggs!Seven years ago I first stopped in here! I visited this place to pick up a sack of live crawfish. Its a small place with no special frills. Good, fast and courteous service. Price was fair and in line with the industry standards. Only 3 dead crayfish in this sack, which is very awesome and rare. Im give this visit all 5 stars as it was exactly what I expected and more for what I needed.
