“Visited for the Super Bowl and stayed close by. We tried to hit more than a few watering holes local and this spot was the best place , best food and best service we experienced from Springfield to Bourbon Street! The burgers are next level and even the chicken fingers tasted better than any other. The bartenders were fast, friendly and more than willing to help some tourists out with do’s and donts . I wish we stayed longer so we could have done happy hour but we will be back!”

I sampled 4 of the 30 something beers on tap. We decided on fried Chicken Livers and the Brussel sprouts for appetizers which were awesome. Angela told us that they have bands on the weekends. I particularly liked the outside deck overlooking the lake.

When I tell you we were impressed that would be an understatement. The owner was onsite...and working alongside her employees. The food...well, I'll stop at I asked the chef for his recipe to the bread pudding sauce (and I'm a baker)and presentation is EVERYTHING to me, they did not disappoint. Sarah, our server was so friendly...like a sister we'd just met. If I could 10 star this restaurant, I certainly would!

“The cocoa bean made my graduation cake EXACTLY like I asked. I did not want traditional SLU colors because lets face it, they are not girly. I asked for light yellow and light green. They did an amazing job! The cake was the best red velvet cake I have ever had. It was super moist which I have struggled finding with other bakeries. Everyone mentioned how good the cake was. We ate on the cake for days and it never once tasted stale. They also made my cake SO big, which was awesome and a party favorite. They also made me the cutest "She said Yes" cake! Can't wait to order my birthday cake from them soon!?”
