“In my head I thinking Wow!! I love this location ACTON!! I go every Sunday! I was so happy with my food hot crispy fries is a biggie in my decision a deal breaker!! ok review time!! naturally look at other REVIEWS and wow I swear people just type in MacDonalds and review whatever pops up but this place is underrated; My review starts with the fries crispy hot!!! alot of space to choose a table to sit parking is good easy only thing bad is the floors are usually wet they mop alot so just walk slow, but they don't get mad if you ask for x ketup!!!“

“What a great find! Hamburger was delicious. Chips are homemade and the salad is fabulous. Try the tuna bowl. Called sesame. Has avocado, greens, edamame beans, carrots, etc. delicious! Staff was wonderful! A++“

“I came here with a group at 9pm on a Friday. We were able to put 3 tables together. Our food came out in stages based on what was ready first. The pastels were excellent. I prefer the chicken and cheese. I had the Super Gauchão Burger with steak. OMG it is tremendous--I have to bring half of it home. The X-Burger and chicken salad wrap are great. I tried caldo de cana, sugar cane juice, and it was so refreshing! I have to come back for the fried chicken and the Brazilian hot dog.

“I and many I know loved going for the live music and dancing, and sad to learn they stopped booking. It was a great place, here in the wilderness. They shoehorn in live music at Main St Cafe, but it's a tiny place, no room to dance.Quite a loss for this area. A fun desert.“

“First time checking out the Billerica location, we go to the Tewksbury location all the time. This location is located inside of an old
Colonial style building. The bar side looked great but we sat in the dining room. The menu is the same and the quality of food is great. The craft beer selection was decent with a few local breweries represented, including Spy Glass Stateline IPA. Which was tasty. I got the Western Burger which did not disappoint either. Fries are always great, nice and crispy!

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great! It’s the main reason we go so often. They make a great grilled cheese with fries for a reasonable price.“

“I am just taking a moment to give positive feedback for what I would consider an outstanding employee- he is a Manager and his name is Mike and he works during the day and sometimes evenings as well.

I don’t care who you are or when you go, if you deal with Mike at all I have to say he is just EXCELLENT to deal with as he is pretty much always CONSISTENTLY pleasant, polite, courteous, super kind, calm, cool and collected, always fair and helpful and professional and works so hard all the time for Wendy’s and Wendy’s customers ! He works hard to make something right for a customer (within reason of course) when occasionally there is an issue while also doing a good job for his employer Wendy’s!

In my (hopefully humble!) opinion Wendy’s would be wise to hold onto this gentleman at all costs and offer every possible opportunity that may be available!

YOU WILL NOT FIND SOMEONE WHO IS BETTER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHETHER IT BE EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS !!!!! SOME FORTUNATE COMPANY (GO WENDYS!) SHOULD INVEST ALL THAT THEY POSSIBLY CAN TO DEVELOP THIS YOUNG MAN TO THE MAX!!!

I actually look forward to seeing him when I am craving a Wendy’s burger as it is so refreshing to order your meal from someone who even has a few of these qualities let alone someone like Mike and so
